Dr. Samapti Samapti                                                                    

I am very excited to be back in Calgary for my residency training after completing my medical school at the University of Alberta.  I moved to Canada from India in 2001. I did my high school and undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science right here in Calgary.

I love spending time with my family and friends, and experimenting with various cuisines. I also enjoy reading and travelling, and I just came back from a lovely trip to UK and Italy.

I am attracted to Family Medicine for its diversity. It provides the opportunity to unite all of my interests- obstetrics, procedures, emergency care, pediatrics, sports medicine, and palliative care and pursue my passion of preventive medicine.

I am very excited to be doing my training at the Salveo Family Medicine Clinic.  I look forward to meeting the patients and the families of the clinic over the next 2 years!
